How do I make an appointment? Please call and make an appointment by contacting the doctors. We can give you an idea of what to bring and how to prepare. We speak both English and Polish and are comfortable with either language.
What should I bring? The most important thing to do is bring yourself. After that, it is helpful if you are prepared with ID, up to date insurance information, a medications list, and previous x-rays from other dentists - especially any taken in the last year. If you are unsure of what else, if anything, please call.
What if I need to change my appointment? No problem. We just ask that you let us know as soon as you realize you have a conflict so we can make the change. You guessed how to do it - with a call. We try to keep it simple.

How should I pay?We are considered "out-of-network" or "non-contract" providers, however, that doesn't mean we don't accept your insurance! We are happy to work with you and your insurance plan from understanding benefits to completing forms. A large portion of our patients use their dental insurance providers to pay for treatment. These include Aetna, Delta Dental, Metlife, and several others. We also currently accept most standard forms of payment including cash, check or credit card. Feel free to call for more information.
What to expect. We are proud to be a long-standing office with care tailored to each patient and his/her needs. We aim to remain as transparent as possible with our services and therapies as well as your options. During your first appointment, expect most of it to be a conversation about your medical history and what you want to get out of dental treatment. If you don't have current x-rays of good quality, or are unable to get them, we will need those too. Anything else we deem as necessary is in-house and varies from that point on. We appreciate when you call to let us know how to prepare for your appointment ahead of time.
